Privacy Policy

emergencyairfix.com is a consumer referral network. We match homeowners who request emergency HVAC help with independently licensed contractors in their area. We do not employ field technicians.

Information we collect

When you call our dispatch number or submit the callback form, we collect the information you provide (such as name, phone number, ZIP code, city, and a short description of the problem), the page you called from, and basic technical data such as time of request and approximate network address used to prevent spam.

How we use it

We use this information to connect you with a contractor covering your ZIP code, to confirm the request, to measure which landing pages generate calls, and to improve routing. Phone-number clicks and form submissions are business leads. We share the relevant details with the matched contractor so they can return your call or prepare for dispatch.

Who we share it with

Matched HVAC contractors, hosting and email delivery providers, and analytics tools we configure (for example Google Analytics, once a measurement ID is installed). We do not sell lead lists on a public marketplace. Routing a request to a contractor is the purpose of the service.

Retention

Lead records are kept as long as needed for dispatch, contractor billing, dispute handling, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
