Terms of Use

By using emergencyairfix.com you agree that this site is a referral and dispatch matching service. Repair, diagnosis, and installation work is performed solely by independently licensed HVAC contractors. You are responsible for confirming licensing, insurance, and pricing with the contractor before authorizing work.

emergencyairfix.com does not guarantee arrival time, parts availability, or repair outcome. “24/7” and “same-day matching” describe the intent to take the request and attempt a match whenever a qualified contractor is available — they are not a guaranteed on-site arrival time.

Island, gated, and ferry-access properties (including Fisher Island) may require extra access coordination. Delay can come from access protocols, not from placing the request.

Diagnostic fees, after-hours rates, and repair prices are set by the dispatched contractor and are disclosed on the confirmation call whenever possible.

These terms are operational disclosures, not a substitute for advice from your own attorney.
